Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped on business days. Such as; Monday through Friday (not including holidays). Allow up to 3 business days for the order to be processed before being shipped out. All orders are shipped from within Canada. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. If there is any sort of service interruption, another form of shipping will be utilized.
Unless otherwise noted, shipping will be added to all orders at checkout.
Alexandra Kathleen Beauty is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be 'destroyed' by the courier.
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
We at alexandrakathleenbeauty.com have your happiness and best interest in mind. We do believe in our products, but also understand that life can happen. Our return/exchange policy is up to 30 days. If you are unhappy with your product, you may contact us through email@example.com. Please provide a brief description about your concerns and a copy of your invoice. Shipping/ Handling Fees are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your product, you also have the option to exchange for other products in our store. Please return the used/unused product as soon as possible to the following mailing address:

If the product you received is damaged in anyway, please email in pictures and a copy of your invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving it. We will take care of Shipping/Handling costs for any exchange on damaged products.
Although we pack and protect our products during shipment- Pressed Mineral Foundation & Mineral Bronzer Foundation are powder products and contain no silicones that potentially keep product dust from distributing within the compact. Settling or transfer of powder dust may occur during shipment. However, if your product is damaged see Returns above.
Each product is manufactured in small batches and is carefully packaged with hands on quality control in place. Therefore, logos and how they appear on the product may vary slightly from batch to batch.
