Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped on business days. Such as; Monday through Friday (not including holidays). Allow up to 3 business days for the order to be processed before being shipped out. All orders are shipped from within Canada. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post. If there is any sort of service interruption, another form of shipping will be utilized.

Unless otherwise noted, shipping will be added to all orders at checkout.

Returns

We at alexandrakathleenbeauty.com have your happiness and best interest in mind. We do believe in our products, but also understand that life can happen. Our return/exchange policy is up to 30 days. If you are unhappy with your product, you may contact us through info@myalexandrakathleen.com. Please provide a brief description about your concerns and a copy of your invoice. Shipping/ Handling Fees are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your product, you also have the option to exchange for other products in our store. Please return the used/unused product as soon as possible to the following mailing address:

If the product you received is damaged in anyway, please email in pictures and a copy of your invoice to info@myalexandrakathleen.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We will take care of Shipping/Handling costs for any exchange on damaged products.
